Rocco Villas

Rocco Villa is a new luxury villas development in Koh Samui near Maenam Beach and Bo Phut Beach.

This project consist in 14 pool villas inside a gated community with security 24/7. It takes about 12 months to complete one villa and about 16 months for the whole project to be completed.

Price include built-in furnitures but not loose furnitures.
At early stage of construction each villa can be customized to the buyer preference.

Payment terms flexible with installment during construction period.
